The accommodation includes three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-sized extra long bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet, the second bedroom has a queen extra long bed, and the third bedroom has two single extra long beds. There are two bathrooms in total, with the second bathroom offering a shower, bath, and toilet for shared use. Towels and linen are provided The apartment boasts a comfortable open space lounge and dining area with breathtaking sea views creating a family-friendly environment. The lounge is fitted with a TV for in-room entertainment, complemented with internet access. For those who prefer to stay in, the fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher as well as a washing machine and a tumble dryer. For parking the unit has a designated single garage with a remote-controlled door close to the main entrance. The separate vehicle and pedestrian gates are token controlled and provide access to the main building and the secure general parking area ensuring a safe and convenient stay. The complex is equipped with elevators whilst the manager’s office at the front entrance is manned during working hours. For those who would love to venture outside, nearby activities cater for a variety of interests, such as fishing, swimming, bird watching, tennis, cycling, kayaking, and surfing. This area is the epicentre of kitesurfing and windsurfing in Cape Town, with Big Bay and Little Bay providing perfect spots for these activities. Bloubergstrand offers the best views of Table Mountain and Robben Island across Table Bay making this a sought-after location for photographers. Cape Town CBD is a 20-minute drive and easily accessible, whilst the nearby Blaauwberg Nature Reserve offers a chance to explore local flora and fauna. There are numerous shopping malls in the area, some within convenient walking distance. The MiCiti Bus service has a bus stop in front of Blouberg Heights offering excellent alternative transport across the city. Dining options abound, with top-rated restaurants such as Ons Huisie, Blowfish Restaurant, and The Lighthouse Restaurant at Blue Peter nearby. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
