Nice stay

We stayed one night and were very happy with what we've got. The hotel is located in a nice, quiet neighbourhood with a lovely pool to take a refreshing swim. The walls are rather thin, so you occasionally hear guests in other rooms but that wasn't a problem for us.

I was concerned by some bad reviews of this place, but they were a long time ago. I had no problems at all and was very comfortable during my stay. Would recommend.

I had a very nice stay at the Ruslamere Hotel. It feels more like a charming inn than a high-rise hotel, with one- and two-story rooms that open to the outside. I personally appreciated this layout, as it added to the quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The room was spacious and very clean. The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and consistently helpful. Marion, in particular, went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. I was initially concerned about there being no phone in the room, but reception is easily reachable via WhatsApp. Every time I messaged, they responded immediately, which was impressive and reassuring. The hotel was very quiet at night, which made for a restful stay. They were also able to accommodate a late checkout for me, which I truly appreciated. Breakfast is available onsite each morning, and there is a small snack shop that closes around 3:00 PM. While both options were convenient, I did find them to be somewhat overpriced. One thing to note is that the hot water in the shower takes a little while to warm up, but once it does, it gets very hot. The only area I felt could use upgrading would be the shower tiles. Overall, I had a positive experience and would consider staying here again.

My stay at the hotel was not what I expected based on the rates paid. Dark musty room. Run down. Needs a revamp/ some TLC. As do the outer grounds. Photos on websites are a bit deceiving. Microwave and iron in my room did not work and needed to be swapped. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

A wonderful stay. My husband had fallen and broken his hip 3 weeks before we arrived and they kindly swopped rooms so it was accessible for us. Also, it rained the first morning we were there and a staff member ran out with an umbrella for us. Very attentive and competant staff.

Not good at all because they don't have what they advertise.e.g. spar facility not open,indoor pool they don't have anymore,our room did not have a bar fridge nor a ice machine available,box for tissues empty, no wine glasses, no two point plug to charge my fone, on inventory list said there was a microwave but there wasn't one, front desk lady that was working not very.helpful or accomodating, no fone in room to call front desk had to walk all the way to front desk. Outside pool available far away from where my room was.

Nothing was amazing about this hotel, very average, and hard to believe that it qualifies as a 4 star hotel. Its only redeeming quality is its rates. But it is very misleading to make claims of being a 4 star hotel.

Great Service

Awesome service from Jennifer. Room had a huge bath which was just what I needed but then the tap wasn't working properly - took forever to fill the bath and made a loud noise - so I eventually gave up on the bath. I was in room 101 so the parking was right outside my window and door and it was very noisy when people came and left.If it wasn't for the super friendly and efficient Jennifer at reception I would've probably not enjoyed my stay as much.

Für Urlaub nur bedingt empfehlenswert

Hotelanlage ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Appartement war zweckmäßig aber Bilder vom Hotel täuschten mehr vor als es dann war. Schimmel in der Duschkabine und ältere Klobrille sollte mal ausgetauscht werden. Service war mittelmäßig. Sauberkeit durch Zimmerservice war soweit in Ordnung. Es war immer teils recht unruhig durch irgendwelche Tagungen. Für Urlaubsreisende ist es nur bedingt empfehlenswert. Die Pools waren nicht einladend und auch nicht sauber. Alles in allem werden wir wohl dieses Hotel bei unserer nächsten Reise nicht in Betracht ziehen.
