### Restio View 11 - Three Bedroom House, Sleeps 6

Discover this picture-perfect coastal retreat at Restio View 11 in  
 Gordon’s Bay. It’s a perfect holiday destination for up to six people.  
 This beautiful house offers three spacious bedrooms, each with an  
 ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom features a king bed, a balcony and  
 air conditioning. The second bedroom includes air conditioning and king  
 bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds and air conditioning.  
  
 Enjoy the general features, such as secure parking, a private outdoor  
 pool, sea and mountain views, and modern amenities like WiFi, Netflix,  
 and a tumble dryer. The family-friendly environment includes a lounge  
 area with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, a dining room with  
 balcony access, and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances like a  
 fridge, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, oven, washing machine  
 and steam tumble dryer. On-site facilities include a braai area with a  
 strict no-smoking indoors and no-pets policy.  
  
 Restio View 11 is perfectly positioned to capture magnificent sunsets  
 over False Bay. It has exquisite views of the horizon, including the  
 ocean and the nearby mountain range. Gordon’s Bay, located just 58 km  
 from Cape Town and close to Stellenbosch and Hermanus, is renowned for  
 its stunning blue-flag Bikini Beach and breathtaking coastal scenery.  
 Enjoy a quiet retreat away from the crowds, exploring the town’s two  
 operational harbours, scenic coastal drives, and abundant wildlife.  
  
 Adventure awaits just outside Gordon’s Bay at Stony Point Nature  
 Reserve in Betty’s Bay, where you can walk among a large colony of  
 African Penguins. Kogel Bay Beach offers unspoiled sandy shores and  
 picnic and barbecue facilities with fantastic views. Whether you’re  
 looking to relax on the beach, watch beautiful sunsets, or explore the  
 natural beauty of the Western Cape, Restio View 11 is the perfect base  
 for your Gordon’s Bay getaway.  
  
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.  
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.  
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.  
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.  
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.  
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.  
  
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 11 Restio St Mountainside, Cape Town, 7151  
  
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
