The Perspectives apartment is a clean and spacious self-catering apartment located in the secure Perspectives building in the heart of the city. The apartment offers a relaxing environment for guests, providing the necessities for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The Perspectives building is close to the parliament buildings, as well as shops, restaurants, and bars.  
  
The apartment is spacious, neat, and quiet space that can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a ensuite bathroom with a bath, toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The guest bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. The dining area contains a 4-seater dining table and chairs. The comfortable lounge contains a TV and a Smart Device with Netflix. Free uncapped Wi-Fi is available, so you can stay connected with work and loved ones.  
  
24-hour dedicated security is provided on-site to ensure guest’s safety, as well as access controlled entry points throughout the building. This apartment has 2 secure parking bays, laundry facilities on the same floor and a communal rooftop pool with spectacular views.

Guest are more than welcome to reach out to us any time over on Airbnb or our Guest Relations Manager will reach out to them before their arrival and be their main point of contact during their stay.  
  
Check-in will be from 14:00pm (2pm) to 18:00 (6pm). Any check-in after 18:00 (6pm) can be accommodated at an additional cost of R300.00 and will be payable on arrival. All guests are to be met in person to complete the check-in process, therefore it is essential to schedule an exact time with our host on +\[hidden according to Airbnb content policy\]as we are not based at our properties.  
Guests are welcomed in person at check-in and provided with all necessary information about the property and area. Our team is available throughout your stay for assistance or special requests—either via phone, WA, or email. We respect your privacy but are always just a message away if you need anything, from extra amenities to local tips. For urgent matters, a 24-hour emergency contact is provided.
