Ocean View B901 is a hidden gem presenting an awe-inspiring sight of  
the endless ocean, majestically situated above the Blouberg beach in  
the city of Cape Town. For those looking for breathtaking ocean and  
mountain views, this lovely two-bedroom apartment promises a calm and  
unforgettable self-catering stay. This property is finished with modern  
conveniences to enhance your stay, with a fully equipped kitchen  
including a washing machine, dishwasher and two coffee machines, a  
dining area for memorable meal times and a cozy lounge area with a  
flat-screen TV where you can relax and unwind. The outdoor balcony with  
comfortable seating, is perfect for savoring morning coffee or evening  
sunsets while taking in the breathtaking mountain and ocean views.  
Fresh towels and crisp linen will be provided during your stay.  
  
The apartment features two bedrooms, each with its own unique charm.  
Bedroom 1 has an En-suite bathroom and a comfortable double bed for a  
restful night's sleep. Bedroom 2 has two cozy single beds, ideal  
for families or friends traveling together. The bathrooms are equally  
inviting, offering a shower, toilet and basin atop a vanity.  
  
For those with an adventurous spirit, the surrounding area offers an  
array of activities to choose from including horse riding, fishing  
trips, cycling paths, golf courses, and swimming in the crystal-clear  
waters. Beachfront adventures include kayaking, surfing and  
kiteboarding.  
  
In addition to its picturesque setting, this apartment is strategically  
located close to the vibrant heart of Blouberg, offering easy access to  
its bustling beaches, lively bars, delectable restaurants, and a nearby  
mall. Despite its proximity to the lively atmosphere, Ocean View B901  
remains a serene and calm retreat, providing you with the perfect blend  
of relaxation and excitement.  
  
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.  
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.  
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.  
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.  
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.  
  
The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with you, to meet at the property, which is situated at Ocean View Apartments. You will be staying at Unit B901.  
  
The Property Manager will hand the keys to you and share knowledge with you about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
