After biometric security control and single access elevator delivering you directly to the penthouse floor, you’re welcomed into an immaculately designed, open planned living space comprised of a living room, dining room and fully integrated chefs kitchen with SMEG appliances throughout, complete with breakfast nook and scullery all atop the newly lain, rich, herringbone hardwood floors. The semi smart home is load shedding proof with and 12KV TESLA Inverter Back Up. The house is fully supported by strong stable wifi and hi-spec security with remote access for immediate assistance if necessary. The convered terrace, just off the living room with a full bar (complete with ice machine) & built in gas BBQ is an entertainers dream with sofa, sun beds and a killer hot tub. To the rear of the 6th floor unit, each bedroom is located off a gorgeous timber clad corridor. All with en suite bathrooms, black out blinds and concealed air conditioning above built in wardrobes. The king sized master is made of a study, lounge & dressing room off the beautifully appointed bathroom with steam shower, soaking tub and twin sinks.
