an abundance of art. The spacious bedroom features a Queen bed and a  
luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a shower and toilet, for the  
ultimate comfort and privacy.  
  
The apartment's general features include high-speed internet access,  
provided towels and linen, a cosy lounge area, with a smart TV and a  
washing machine/dryer combo for your convenience. You’ll enjoy  
breathtaking views of Table Mountain, Lions Head, and Signal Hill from  
your serene private garden—a peaceful green space perfect for  
relaxation and entertaining.  
  
The open-plan living area invites natural light and fresh air through  
sliding windows that blend seamlessly into the garden, creating a warm  
and inviting atmosphere.  
  
This chic apartment includes essential appliances such as a fridge,  
stove, kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, and washing machine. With  
secure controlled access, an alarm system and high-speed WiFi that will  
stay on during load shedding. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. The  
beautiful and tranquil energy of the space is complemented by its  
proximity to Kloof Street and V&A Waterfront , where you’ll find some  
of the neighbourhood's best restaurants.  
  
Located right opposite the Gardens Centre, everything you need is just  
a short walk away, whether you're exploring the vibrant business and  
entertainment districts or enjoying the tranquillity of your private  
sanctuary.  
  
Gardens, an affluent inner-city suburb, is situated just south of Cape  
Town's city centre, nestled in the higher elevations of the City Bowl  
beneath Table Mountain and Lions Head. Here, you can explore South  
Africa’s oldest garden, a public park, and a heritage site that serves  
as a focal point of the suburb.  
  
Embrace the ultimate living experience in this charming apartment,  
where elegance meets convenience in the heart of Cape Town.  
  
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.  
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.  
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.  
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.  
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.  
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.  
  
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 164 Upper Buitenkant street , Gardens, Cape Town  
  
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
