Ideally positioned in a quiet side street, a short walk to countless restaurants, coffee shops, retailers and the popular Sea Point Promenade. Just a 10 minute drive to Table Mountain and the world-famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay. The building features a 500 m2 communal rooftop entertainment deck with a pool, BBQ facilities and seating areas. There is also a well-fitted indoor gym with beautiful mountain views The Space : This two-story loft-style apartment offers stunning, contemporary designer furnishing and finishes throughout. It features a modern open-plan kitchen with an island, dining area and lounge which opens onto a large balcony. The kitchen is fitted with high-end appliances, and the living area has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The main bedroom is on the second floor and has an extra-length queen size bed, en suite bathroom, aircon and a private balcony. You confirmed this. When we turned up there was only aircon in one bedroom. We would not have booked if that had been the case. We complained to the property host but they ignored us.Also, the apartment was not cleaned properly. We asked for the cleaners to come back - they did but it was still not good enough.
