This incredible one-bedroom apartment provides all the must-haves for a luxury experience. The main living area is spacious with an open-plan design to maximise the space. Dark grey walls, floor to ceiling windows, and subtle touches of natural wood provide the perfect space to relax in style and comfort. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities needed to whip up a delicious meal and a stylish lounge that includes a flat-screen TV, perfect for catching up on your favourite shows. Guests will love relaxing on the balcony with a glass of wine as they breathe in that fresh ocean air. The bedroom features a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and a bathtub, ample closet space for the fashion-loving traveller and a floor to ceiling window for plenty of natural light. Situated on the Eden on the Bay promenade, there is no shortage of fun to be had here. From dining out at some of the top restaurants in the city, spa treatments, surfing, sunbathing on the beach and incredible shopping opportunities, you're sure to find something to suit your interests. With so much to enjoy, you may be tempted to extend your trip! For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply. The property manager will hand over a set of keys consisting of the following: White Access Tag and a few keys The white tag is used to access the basement parking, to enter an exit the building as well as the lift.
