for water sports. You can easily explore nearby attractions, fine  
dining establishments, and cultural landmarks, while always returning  
to this private oasis a mere 360 meters away from Kite Beach, where the  
renowned international kite surfing competition is held annually.  
  
This two-bedroom apartment, ideally located in a secure complex, exudes  
the ideal balance of elegance and class with neutral tones and light  
wood finishes. Every detail has been carefully curated for comfort and  
style, from high-end furnishings to exquisite decor. The design exudes

the South African Society of Physiotherapy to provide the optimum  
lumbar support with zero movement transfer for an excellent night's

shared bathroom, also including the same features as the en-suite  
bathroom. All linen and towels are provided for your stay.

For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.  
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.  
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.  
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.  
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.  
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
