A spectacular indoor and outdoor experience in an incredible penthouse which offers uninterrupted ocean views blending into The Twelve Apostles Mountain Range with clear side views of the famous Lions Head from the roof deck.  
  
Clifton Beachfront Penthouse is truly in the heart of Clifton! First Beach is across the road. As you enter this apartment you get a sense of space and luxury with its minimalistic elegance, designed to offer you a great holiday feel in the lap of luxury. Lap up the views on the balcony with a cocktail or have sun downers on the roof deck, lying on the daybed lapping up the views of the Clifton beaches. Lounge leads out onto patio with modern sliding glass doors views down of the ocean and beach cool, white porcelain tiles. Main bedroom has plenty built in cupboards.  
  
Step out from the spacious interior onto the terrace for breath-taking sunset views whilst inhaling the fresh sea breeze and dream away.  
  
The air-conditioned apartment has a typical open plan kitchen/ dining/ living area, complete with immaculate finishes and is fully furnished & equipped with all the necessary amenities, including but not limited to a Nespresso coffee machine, flat screen TV and sound bar, Marshall speaker, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.  
  
Free high-speed internet, secure and uncapped Wifi as well as comprehensive satellite including all TV channels.  
  
Parking upon request – at least 48 hours prior to arrival
