Set in the secure and peaceful suburb of Llandudno, Backline Views offers an exceptional coastal escape just a 4-minute walk from the iconic Llandudno Beach. Perfect for families, the home features a spacious and versatile layout. The main bedroom, with its king bed, ensuite with double vanity, bath, and shower, opens onto a private balcony with sweeping sea views. The second and third bedrooms, both with queen beds and sea views, are interleading, making them ideal for families with children. These rooms share a well-appointed bathroom, with a bath, shower, and single vanity.   
  
The kitchen includes a gas hob, dishwasher, washer, dryer, Nespresso machine, and air fryer. The open-plan living and dining area is perfect for both relaxation and entertaining, with lounger seating for 7 and 10 for dining, a wood fireplace, and stunning sea views. Outside, a private pool, gas BBQ, and lounging areas provide the ideal setting for enjoying the views and making lasting memories with loved ones. The property features an alarm system monitored by a professional security company, offering added peace of mind.
