This was a fantastic property for our multi-generational family beach getaway. The two bedrooms and full bath upstairs off the main staircase provided privacy for part of the family. The separate, large en suite bedroom with full bathroom and kids' loft above was the perfect space for us and our three children. Our kids also enjoyed playing board games and ping pong down in the basement. We loved the expansive outdoor deck with ample seating and a fire pit. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay from plenty of towels and linens, to cooking ingredients and beach chairs/toys for the kids. Chris was an excellent host who shared a number of local tips and immediately responded to any questions we had. We enjoyed the 2 living spaces, the large and small decks plus private outdoor space accessible from the master bedroom. All appliances were new and in perfect working order. The home was well equipped with all one would wish for in preparing meals, with toys and games, and all linens and towels. It is all as stipulated in the property description. An added feature was the tasteful decor and some great prints hanging throughout the home. All interactions with the host were smooth and easy. This was a lovely place and we were happy with the accommodations. Our (grown) daughter was thrilled to have an exercise bike in the basement. It was used! We loved the multi level porch and cooked lobster on the grill one night for other brothers/sisters and their spouses. This was a comforatable rental and we are glad we stayed there. Five minutes to the wedding at Union Bluff and otherwise great location and neighborhood. I recommend.
