Join our family retreat! My wife and I are excited to introduce our cozy newly renovated haven, where up to 12 guests (10 in ultimate comfort) can bond and relax, can accommodate 2 families. Dive into our heated pool in a peaceful location, just 8 minutes from the lively Sea Isle City beach. Our home, renovated with love, offers a fresh start for your family adventures. Gather around the BBQ grill and fire pit for cozy evenings, creating cherished memories outdoors and indoors amid luxury.\`  
  
Welcome to our beautifully renovated house with an amazing outdoor pool! Here’s a brief overview of the layout and features of our property:  
Main Entrance and First Living Room:  
As you enter, you will find yourself in the first living room. This area features an open concept layout that seamlessly combines a luxurious kitchen and dining area.  
House Layout:  
Our house is thoughtfully divided into two separate areas, making it ideal for accommodating two families.  
Left Side of the House:  
Main Living Area: To the left, step down into the   
main living area equipped with a TV and comfortable couches.  
Bathroom: Adjacent to the main living area, you’ll find the first bathroom, which includes a shower.  
Bedroom 4: On the left side of the living room is the largest bedroom in the house with a king size bed.  
Laundry Room Closet: Located at the back on the right.  
Bedroom 5: This smaller bedroom features two single twin beds and a rollaway bed, providing a total of three sleeping spaces.  
Right Side of the House:  
Full Bathroom: To the right of the kitchen, you’ll find a bathroom with a double vanity.  
Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a queen size bed.  
Bedroom 2: Overlooking the pool, this bedroom has a king size bed.  
Bedroom 3: This bedroom has two single twin beds and a rollaway bed, accommodating up to three people.  
Property Features:  
Outdoor Pool: Enjoy our amazing outdoor pool, perfect for a refreshing swim or lounging by the water.  
Fully Equipped Kitchen: The luxurious kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals.  
We hope you have a wonderful stay and enjoy all the amenities our home has to offer. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don\`t hesitate to reach out.  
The space  
\- Pool is opened May 1-October 15th weather permitting. Please reach out if book earlier than may 1 or later than October 15th. Heater is optional and is not usually needed in the summer at all. Pool heater is run remotely and requires a payment of $25 per day to be activated. If desired and payment is received pool will be set at 82\. Keep in mind the pool will take 24 -48 hours to reach desired temperature.

𝗦𝗪𝗜𝗠𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝙋𝙊𝙊𝙇 𝙈𝘼𝙄𝙉𝙏𝙀𝙉𝘼𝙉𝘾𝙀 𝙉𝙊𝙏𝙄𝘾𝙀:  
The pool is professionally maintained twice a week, typically any day between Tuesday and Friday, from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM, but also can be on other days.  
The exact timing may vary due to weather or scheduling, and we may not be able to notify you in advance.   
The pool technician will not enter the home and will be on-site only briefly to service the pool.  
This routine service is necessary to ensure the pool remains clean and safe for your use. Your privacy and comfort are important to us — please don’t hesitate to message us with any concerns.  
Thank you for your understanding — and 𝙚𝙣𝙟𝙤𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙣 and refreshing pool!  
  
POOL HOURS:  
The pool is open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.  
  
\- One set of linens per bed provided.  
One set of towels per person.  
  
Guests can have access to the whole house and all 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms except one little closet in the living room and one in biggest-;master bedroom, they are technical closets for our cleaning stuff. Those closets will remain closed.  
There is also one equipment storage room -entrance from outside from the pool area, will remain closed.
