Enjoy this absolute Beach Front location with full ocean views and sleeping up to 8 people, pet friendly. this property is the ideal place for families who want plenty of backyard space & direct access to the beach!  
You can enjoy these amazing views from the outdoor patio or from the sunroom and hopefully you see the dolphins swimming by. Enjoy the local fishing, wineries, 4 wheel driving beach walks.   
The house in on bore water and internet can be limited (hot spotting is recommended)  
Parking is in back yard or on King drive roadside ONLY  
All communication is through the app.   
We will leave you to your own device unless you have an emergency and need us to visit.   
  
Our neighbors are friendly locals who will be happy to chat and share local knowledge

The house was perfect for us, had everything we needed, clean and in good condition. The property manager and owners were friendly and helpful when we needed them.Location is amazing- complete beachfront and miles and miles of beach to wander in peace.
