Villa Waterview is an absolutely amazing, Gulf access, 3 bedroom and 2 bath villa, located in one of the best locations in Cape Coral. Spacious corner lot with a gorgeous view over the canal, boats going by and dolphins swimming right outside the house. It has a gorgeous pool and spa area overlooking the canal. The property has direct sailboat access to the Gulf of Mexico. The pool area has southwest exposure which means the best of two worlds. You can enjoy the sunshine ALL day and get to watch the sunset at night. The lanai and pool area is spacious, plenty of room for sunbathing and entertaining. Cool down in the pool during the day and relax in the hot spa in the evening. It has a popular Florida room with sliding glass doors, where you can have dinner and relax. The villa is located below Cape Coral Pkwy, close to both Tarpon Point Marina and Cape Harbour, both very popular spots to come and hang out in Cape Coral. Experience the beautiful marinas, boats, restaurants, shops and bars. You're also close to the Cape Coral bridge for easy access to Downtown Ft Myers, Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Captiva Island. As well as the Airport and Miromar Outlets on I-75. This villa offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a huge living room with high ceilings and a large flat screen TV and plenty of seating, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and ice maker. Loved sitting by the water and watching boats go by. Good access to the gulf. A bit out of the way if you are looking to spend time at a beach. We spent a bit of time driving back and forth. Nice cool breeze came off the water and cooled us poolside while we watched the boats come in and out. Loved the Florida room/ windows and spent much our our time outdoors. The kitchen was well stocked ...beaches were close ...and fresh seafood was closer. Our 14 year old said it was her favorite place we’ve ever rented (our pups agree) Thanks for a relaxing spring break! ##### Rossette F. Nice large pool, hot spa, spectacular view, very private & quiet neighborhood. Inside is spacious & the views continue. Beds are comfortable, everything in the kitchen & bathrooms worked well. My kids were in the pool all day, my husband had a great time fishing from the deck & the location was perfect to spend a couple of days on Sanibel/ Captiva.
