This is the first property we have leased that charged us for the use of electricity. We are always conscience of lights on when not in use, turning off fans when not in use, etc. But is did not like the idea of having to be diligent on vacation. We would have done the same thing at the leasing property, and we even turned off the lights along the boardwalk as we had no idea of how much the pool pump and air was costing. Even as conservative as we were, the electric bill was over $107.00\. It would have been nice to see the boardwalk lights each evening. The fan and lights under the thatch roof did not operate.
