As you enter the home into the spacious living and dining room area with an amazing view of the pool area and then you enter into the spacious great room where you will be delighted with an amazing view of the pool and water front wide canal. You are about 45 minutes from open water and on your way to the Gulf of Mexico. You will see the enjoy glowing sunsets and gulf breezes on the lanai, or fish from the dock as boaters pass by and wave hello.” Cape Coral also glimmers with 400 miles (650 km) of waterways in the sun. This is the ideal place to relax, play sport, 'The Real Florida' acquaintance. Cape Coral - one of the safest cities in Florida and known as a paradise for boaters and golfers - between the Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf of Mexico under the protection of Florida's barrier islands. This beautiful and bright, newly renovated home will bring on a smile The beautiful kitchen that opens to the family room has recently been updated with gorgeous quartz, new stainless steel appliance and also has its own entrance to the pool area or there are sliding glass doors to go to the pool. The master bedroom is generous in size (king bed) and has a large master bath with double sinks, very large walk in shower and a soak tub with sliding glass doors that lead to the pool and water. On the other side of the home is 2 very good size guest bedrooms (1 king in one room and a queen with bunk beds in the other) with a guest bath between them, walk in shower. The kitchen has plenty of equipment to cook, (fresh seafood from Merrick's is a must!) The Living room has ample seating for 7\. Patio/pool area was a favorite with plenty of seating and a TV. Short drives to many areas we visited Punta Gorda, Ft Myers Fishermen's Village Ft Myers Beach and many things in between. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly perfect for morning or evening strolls. Try as we might we were never able to catch any fish in the canal...
