This house is clean and the property management was very easy to communicate with. We loved the pool and dock. The house is on Lake Thunderbird which provided us a great opportunity to fish, kayak, and swim. We caught mangrove snapper and an amberjack. The view here is better than a house on a regular canal as you have more water to look at. The only downsides were that it was right on the main road so it was rather loud at times and there were a couple pocket sliding doors that didn’t open as close easily but would definitely recommend this place for a place to enjoy the pool, views, and water! ##### Nate W. The backyard pool area was wonderful and the dock allowed us to rent a boat and dock it right at the property which was awesome. Please note that the hot tub is the same temperature as the pool so it’s not a “hot tub” with a separate temperature control. There is a lot of road noise because the house is right off of the main road. The house had some repairs that we disclosed to management, management seemed to be aware and we didn’t want our vacation interrupted so management said the repairs would be addressed after we checked out. We enjoyed our week in spite of the repair issues. This house is a premium price for the area and is close to restaurants and shopping via automobile. ##### Rachel R.
