From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the immaculate condition of the house. The layout was spacious and well thought out, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. The pool area was a highlight—tons of room to lounge, swim, and soak up the Florida sunshine. Inside, the kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need to cook at home, which made meals a breeze. The location was another major plus! Just a short walk to downtown Cape Coral, we loved having easy access to fantastic restaurants and shops while still enjoying a peaceful retreat. We also can’t say enough great things about Kat—she was wonderful to work with, always helpful, responsive, and made everything seamless. If you're looking for a perfect getaway spot, this is it. We enjoyed the highest quality environment. Everything was clean and well stocked. The owner had available anything you would ever need from kitchen equipment to pool toys. The beds were soooooo comfortable. There is plenty of space for family and also space to get some quiet time alone. Furnishings of highest quality. Pool was clean and a pool heater was available. Lock box key made arrival at any time possible. Check in and out was easy and a visit by the property manager upon check-in and check-out allowed for any questions or needs to be met. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and close to stores and beaches. It really felt like home. The owners know how to make a vacation enjoyable by thinking of everything before we got there, all we had to do was just enjoy ourselves. I would go back again and again and would rent any property these owners have available. We left a couple of personal items and the property manager contacted us to let us know and figure out next steps. We could not have asked for a better experience.
