It is so functional and well kept. The neighborhood was quiet and located close to grocery stores, restaurants and Starbucks! The pool area was fabulous. The pool was clean and the heated spa was wonderful. The backyard was fully fenced and our dogs enjoyed playing. We were able to use the boat lift which made life easier instead of just having to tie up to a dock and deal with tides. Since it rains every evening, the cover on the boat lift kept our boat nice and dry. About a 10 minute ride out of the canal to the river. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Which made life easier with preparing meals. All appliances were clean and functional. The master was really nice and the bed was very comfortable. The spare bedrooms were nicely decorated and my kids loved having their own bedrooms and bath. The master bath is a bit small but functional as there is plenty of storage to store your personal items so you can have countertop space. Overall I’d highly recommend renting the home for anyone looking for a nice relaxing trip. I’m super picky with cleanliness and I had no issues with the cleanliness of the home.
