A $500 penalty will apply for any unregistered dogs in the reservation. \*\*For all bookings made after May 30th, 2025, electricity usage is included in your booking total for stays up to 7 nights. For reservations longer than 7 nights, an additional electricity charge will apply and will be requested separately through Airbnb’s Resolution Center prior to check-in. The nightly rate for extended stays varies by property and ranges from $15 to $25 per night. Please note that access to the home may be restricted until the electricity payment has been received. All bookings made prior to May 30th,2025, will be given a $10 nightly electricity usage allowance. An electric meter reading will be conducted at check-in and out. We had a couple minor issues and she responded very quickly and fixed the problems. Property was nicely stocked with dishes and everything needed to prepare food at the house. House was very clean and beds were comfy. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family. She even provided a high chair and a pack n play for our grandson. Jana was very kind and easy to work with. The beds were comfortable and the outside patio and pool were a beautiful place to relax. The only suggestions I would make would be to have a TV in every bedroom and maybe have an extra supply of washcloths and towels. I felt like I was always doing laundry.
