One of the highlights of this sunny home is the backyard oasis, which houses a heated saltwater pool, a covered poolside BBQ area with a gas grill, an outdoor dining area with an umbrella, and a covered lounge area with inviting seating. As you enter, you will be greeted by an open-concept floor plan with plenty of natural light. Wind down in the inviting living area and stream fun shows and movies on the smart TV with streaming services. The chef of the group will have a great time preparing homemade masterpieces in the updated kitchen with newer cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The home has a split floor plan with two guest bedrooms located on the opposite side of the primary suite. The primary suite has a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with granite countertops, dual sinks, and a tub. Additional perks include cable TV in every room, board games, and a large laundry room with a washer/dryer and a sink. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay. Quiet neighborhood overall, however a lot of new housing construction that was intermittently noisy during the day. Comfortable inside, however the lighting available was too bright; no ambiance available with lamps or dimmers. Two mishaps occurred, one with the ice maker in fridge malfunctioning, and the second being no water available due to a tank/pump/pipe issue. In both instances, the property manager was available immediately, even on her day off, so as to assist in the best possible outcome for my stay. Much appreciated, and I was reimbursed when trip had to be cut short as water issue could not be repaired in time. On the lighter side, one of my guests did stumble upon a long ago partially buried plastic skeleton in the backyard brush along pool area. Equipped with Captain Morgan bottles.
