Enjoy 14 acres of waterslides, pools, and other aquatic fun at the conveniently located Sun Splash Family Waterpark. LIVING AREA Enter the open living area where 9’4” ceilings provide a spacious setting. Settle in on the comfy sectional and watch favorite shows on the 75” smart TV. KITCHEN & DINING Channel your inner chef in the modern kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances and sunlight-catching granite backsplash. Nibble appetizers at the roomy island for four. When dinner is ready, gather around the six-person dining table. BED & BATH This home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, a smart TV with cable, and direct access to the lanai. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and a frameless accessible shower. The second bedroom holds an adjustable-base queen bed and a smart TV, while the third bedroom has two twin beds with adjustable bases and a smart TV. The guest bathroom is fitted with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES A hidden oasis, the screened pool deck is enclosed inside a fully fenced backyard. Spend leisurely afternoons lounging by the heated saltwater pool -- bask in the sun on a chaise lounge, or dip your toes in the water under the shade of an umbrella. Parking is available for two cars in the driveway. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. This single-story home is accessible from a raised entrance with 8’ double doors. THE LOCATION Take the 18-minute drive to Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve, a wetland area along the Caloosahatchee River. Look for birds as you walk the scenic nature trail, or rent kayaks and spend the day out on the water. As Southwest Florida’s largest waterpark, Sun Splash Family Waterpark (a 14-minute drive) offers 14 acres of aquatic fun. Float down the lazy river, venture down one of the park’s many waterslides, or relax by the family pool. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the home’s close proximity to several courses, including the Cape Royal Golf Club (18 minutes away) and Fort Myers Country Club (21 minutes away). Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Myers last August. So we knew that 3 of our grandsons would be staying with us throughout the majority of our stay. We were extremely pleased with the home. We loved the layout of the house and the pool. My only recommendation I have would be to put ceiling fans in the bedrooms, because at night it got warm. There were ample dishes, utensils and pots and pans. Even a variety of baking dishes! Loved the pool! The only issue for me was there is no soap dish/area in the master shower. This made it difficult for my mom to bend to the floor for soap. Also no hooks and towel racks NEAR or adjacent to the shower. Slip Hazzard! But all in all, GREAT SPOT! ##### Phyllis T. I reserved this for me and a coworker to enjoy while we were here for the week and it did not disappoint! The split plan offered privacy for each of us, the master was lovely, a comfortable king bed and fully stocked bathroom with hotel sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plenty of toilet paper, and clean bath towels. The two other bedrooms had a queen bed in one room and two twins in the other, which could be made into a king if needed or preferred. The kitchen had paper towels and everything needed to make meals instead eating out all the time. The living room had all the comforts of home, a huge TV, throw blankets and pillows, and even electric recliners in the sofa just like home! Full size washer and dryer, so no excuse to go home with dirty laundry. And the heated salt water pool was phenomenal, it was just the right temperature, WARM! The only bad thing, I couldn’t locate the pool lights. The switch is actually in the living room, just outside the master bedroom door. It is labeled, but didn’t see it until the last night we were there. No biggie, this still rates 5 stars in my opinion. The cleanliness and comforts easily puts this in the top 5 of all VRBO rentals. It’s close to everything, too. You just need to bring your bathing suit and toothbrush to enjoy this sweet little piece of paradise! ##### Lynn F.
