We came without a car. The walk to the bus transfer and many Cape Coral businesses is 9 blocks - 20 minutes. We were in good enough shape to do that. After traveling and sightseeing all day, that's a long walk back.. Suggestions: have a couple of simple bikes in the garage to use for riding around town and going to the Yacht Club beach. A couple of suggestions - you could put a pump hand soap in the bathroom, leave more toilet paper (we ended up having to buy more), provide a kettle (we are tea drinkers), didn’t find the ironing board (found the iron and a new ironing board cover), and also leave a few individual packets of laundry detergent. These are pretty standard things in most VRBO homes. One other thing, in your amenities, you list a spa whirlpool, we didn’t see one on the property. You should probably update your listing.
