Cape Vista opens up with a split floor plan. Upon Entering the home, you will be welcomed to a large open living space, semi private den with comfortable couches, kitchen and formal dining space. The main bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom is located on the left side of the house while the 2 guest suites are located on the other side of the house sharing an upgraded bathroom with a tub shower tub combo. This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, 45 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 50 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time. Morning after arrival, management personnel showed up unannounced. Notified her at the time that one bathroom contained no toilet paper and small ants in master bathroom, neither were addressed., an text message had also been sent. Midway through our stay we were not able to get the dryer to run, again notified management. Management showed up the next day, unannounced, repair man did not come until following day while we were gone. Dryer working when we arrived back. Decided to check dryer before doing anymore laundry, could not get it to run. Notified management that the dryer was still not working properly and that i thought it was a start button issue, did not hear back. We also had to deal with sand in the spa and pool (was there when we arrived), which the management was also notified, pool guy did not show up until our check out day.
