It is basically sound proof from outside noises. A neighbor was having their roof replaced and I could not tell until I stepped out front to go to the store. Every store and restaurant near you! The house is set up great up. Pool and hot tub is where you will spend all of your time! The canal is great for fishing off their dock. The kitchen was well appointed and everything was as advertised. The beds were comfy and the bedding was perfect. I might have shed a tear upon leaving the wonderful shower in the guest bath! We loved our stay here, pool was perfect as well as location. Was able to catch some fish from the dock. We stayed for in Florida to celebrate Thanksgiving with family. The house was perfect for hosting. We ate turkey pool side and our daughter caught her first fish using the supplies available to us. We woke up early to ride bikes and drink coffee. The house was clean and spacious! My father and mother loved the property it was hard getting them to leave.
