Aqua Vista is situated in the highly desirable SW Cape. Centrally located with Gulf Access, close to restaurants and shopping, near Chiquita and Cape Coral Pkwy with all of its restaurants and shops. The area is a favorite for walking, biking and relaxing. As soon as you open the double glass doors, you will be entering a large living room with breathtaking views. This home offers lots of space, 2 master suites, one with patio access and en-suite bathroom, one with pool views and a shared bathroom that can be closed for privacy as well as an almost endless view of a magnificent western facing canal guaranteeing entertainment with the passing boats as well as unique sunsets each evening, but still being in the center of great conveniences. Welcome to Paradise. This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time. Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, luxury and well-designed open vacation home. Aqua Vista features beautiful airy décor with a beach theme in mind, the three bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with two king size bedrooms, and one bedroom featuring two twin beds as well as an optional trundle. The Villa can fit up to 7 guests very comfortable with this generous set up. For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted. The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything. The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat. From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious island there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones. They layout is great and the finishes are high end. The pool area with the TV and restroom are really special. We had a great stay with our nephew and there was plenty of space for everyone. Having access to the garage for parking is much appreciated. We would recommend this house for sure! We had a couple of questions for the management company and they didn't seem to be intimately familiar with the property and the emails from them made mention of a "welcome binder" that wasn't present. I have a few suggestions for improvement for the owners (hard to know with a brand new house unless you stay there) but would rent again as-is for sure! ##### Tina G. The weather could not have been more perfect. The house was beautiful and the layout used the space well. Everything is basically brand new. The outside area, including the beautiful pool and the lanai was gorgeous - my only recommendation there would be to add two more lounge chairs - there were only 3 of us but only two lounge chairs so it was a battle to see who would get stuck in a regular chair. This property allows dogs. We brought out two dogs and although the neighborhoods around the house are fine with plenty of side walks for walking dogs, the best part was the "hidden" trail across the street from the house (to the right of the school that is across the street). You can sort of see the trails from the sidewalk but if you walk in a bit to the right of the high school there are amazing walking trails for you and your pets. A total bonus! Overall I think the house was perfect for us. We did drive over to the beach at night for dinner - still plenty of things closed due to the hurricane but there were restaurants and shops open and a beautiful beach. It's about a 30 minute drive. I would also highly recommend Cape Coral Kayak for a fun outing with kayaks or standup paddle boards. ##### Michele L.
