This 3 bedroom / 2 bath home is located across from riverfront homes with a private heated pool and full fenced in yard. You can easily access restaurants, beaches, shopping, night life and more within a 5 min. drive! The home offers Roku Streaming TV in living room and Master Bedroom, wireless internet access and desk area. The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed, the second bedroom also has a king size bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed. Pool Floats-Toys, beach items and 2 Adult Bicycles are available for use. It is equipped with a microwave, regular coffee machine, toaster, towels, linens, hair dryer, gas grill for those wonderful BBQ's basically everything you will need to have a enjoyable vacation! You can reach Cape Coral Beach within a 5 min. drive away, other beaches are within 30 min. away. Restaurants, Shopping, Winter Festivals and Night Life are within 5-10 drive away. We had no problems with the check in procedure. Rossman Reality was very good with responding to my questions before my trip. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to major roads. Stains on a comforter, slow drains, broken washing machine, inflating bike tires with special valves.Washing machine was replaced less than 24 hours from checkout. We took the bikes to a bike shop for tire inflation. In my opinion a lot of issue for not being compensated. Property manager says to use a different app for communicated, but when we called that number it still took over 12 hours and other calls/emails to hear back.The place was clean, dated, and a lot rules (like they tell you not to lower the a/c below 74). ##### Stephen F. The house is older but in good shape. It was like stepping back in a time warp. But we thought it was cool. My only complaint is the garage and the front room smelled musty when left closed up for too long. Luckily, the two sets of sliding glass doors and the window in the kitchen allowed to open the house and get an amazing breeze. It immediately resolved.
