Gulf access. Close to Cape Harbour! This super spacious 4 bedroom villa is located in one of the most prestigious locations in SW Cape Coral. The lot is located right on the Merrick Canal, which is one of the widest canals in the Cape. You'll enjoy gorgeous views of the infinity pool, the spa, and the beautiful canal. You're only 5 minutes away from enjoying Cape Harbour Marina, with all the restaurants, bars, shops, and the beautiful luxurious boats in the marina. We have updated the lanai furniture! Please see pictures. The Villa offers four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a large living room and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small den. The villa has two en-suite master bedrooms. The downstairs Master bedroom has a king-size bed and TV. The French door opens directly onto the pool deck. The master bathroom has a 'walk around' double head Roman shower, center bath, separate toilet, twin vanity units, and his & her walk-in closet. The Second Master bedroom is the entire second floor. It has a king-size bed, a TV and absolutely amazing views over the water. The Second master bathroom has a shower/tub and single vanity and toilet. Bedrooms three and four both have two twin beds and single closets The third bathroom has a shower/tub, toilet, and single vanity unit. The living space combines a spacious TV area, kitchen and dining area, perfect for family vacations. There's a den on the first floor with smart office space. The villa also offers WIFI if you want to use your own computer, pad or smartphone. The kids loved the pool and fishing at the dock. We caught a beautiful yellowjack fish on the second day. The rest were catfish. The house was clean, the layout of the house was perfect. We had enough towels for everyone. The house was exactly as pictured. The bed in the main floor master bedroom, although a nice size, was too hard for my back. The house was in the perfect location-away from all the busyness but a close drive to everything. It took us about 20 minutes to get to Fort Myers and Sanibel Island beaches. (Dishwasher was pretty rusty, oven took double the time it should to bake pizza, and the carpet downstairs was clean but stained). If you and your family would like to spend time away from home during this pandemic. This is the place to be. The heated pool and spa are great for relaxation. There are several local restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies nearby. Your family can go for walks as well as ride bicycles. You can rent bicycles locally. There is a Harbor/Mariner nearby. Mar 30, 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Family Spring Break Trip We had a great time at that house. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could have needed and more. When we arrived we couldn't figure out how to heat the pool so we called Erin and she came right over to help. She as so nice and patient with us. My only issue and it was minor was that the upstairs master bedroom does not have a door. It needs to be described as more of a loft-style master bedroom. We had two separate families both with small children so a door would have been very much appreciated for privacy. Other than that it was AMAZING. ##### Shannon C. The property was clean and had all the necessities needed. When checking out we discovered that the pool had not been cleaned and we had been swimming in it all weekend which was super disappointing. The house had enough space for everyone to have privacy which made our weekend even more relaxing. The top floor also lost the AC half way throughout the weekend, I chose not to message the property owners because our family members are at high risk due to COVID-19\.
