The house is a block of downtown - close to everything. Parking is right out front and couldn't be easier. The house itself is clean and well organized with everything you could need - beach chairs out in the shed, games and cards, and cute dishes and glassware. Great linens on the beds and the blackout curtains are perfect for keeping out the heat. All the instructions are super clear and easy. Cape Charles is a hidden gem with an amazing beach, great restaurants and everyone was incredibly nice. The decor is beachy boho. Cleanliness was top-notch. Location was perfect with the park a few steps away from the townhouse. I especially appreciated all of the amenities that were provided including the beach backpack cooler, beach toys, pickleball equipment, and much more! My husband and son both loved the outdoor shower. The kitchen is well-appointed and has everything you need to cook at home. Although we rented a golf cart, Casa Fresa is within walking distance of the beach and restaurants/shops. Can't say enough about the location. We hope to book again in the future. ##### Allison W.
