The backyard has a nice little patio and a very private outdoor shower. The front porch has a nice swing where you can sit back and relax. The first floor has a newly remodeled kitchen with bar seating and is open to the main room with a kitchen table, chairs, and a loveseat. There is a half bath on the first floor. There is also a living room on the first floor with a TV, soundbar, and wrap around couch. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs (The stairs are pretty steep). The main bedroom has a queen size bed, a make up table, and a roku tv. The big kid's room has a twin xl bunk bed, a twin xl size bed, and a roku tv. The third bedroom room has a bunk bed, full mattress on bottom, twin on top. The grill was nw and worked great. Air conditioning kept the whole house cool. Very convenient to downtown. I highly recommend a golf cart rental to get to and from the beach. The out door shower was nice to have. Our only disappointment was the Wi-fi. It would not keep up with any streaming services we tried on the TV, Netflix, Apple, paramount, etc. This was a minor concern however. The place looked very similar to what is shown in the photos. The owners were very easy to communicate with. It was also very easy to make trips to and from the beach with the golf cart (for a small fee).
