We had a cart but even didn't need it to get to Mason St. We rented the upstairs unit, including 2nd floor and attic. The attic was great for our kids ages 7-10, with 4 beds. We appreciated that the kids could play without disturbing neighbors, but there are stairs in this unit that would make me a little stressed with toddlers. The downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. The kitchen was a bit bare bones for actually cooking. We had a few maintenance issues we notified Chesapeake Properties of and they were very responsive and fixed the issues immediately. ##### Holly K. Reviewer Comments: The property is in a great location. Unfortunately, we arrived to dirty dishes that had mold on plastic containers and caked on food on dishes. The blinds in one of the rooms were broken which gave a clear view into the bedroom from the outside. The amenities were lacking in that there was no hairdryer, ran out of dishwasher detergent and the kitchen utensils were lacking. The stove took a long time to heat up.
