It easily sleeps 10, it’s the perfect walk to the beach and we loved the backyard. The neighborhood was full of friendly people out walking. The peacocks were absolutely gorgeous and so people friendly. The only thing we would like to see added would be an ice machine of some type. The freezer cannot possibly keep up enough ice for 10 people even for just daily use.
