First off the heating system was not working properly and first night the temperature was 27 and the heating system couldn’t keep up. The next day she brought over a portable heater for use until it could be repaired. The skillets were not in good shape the Teflon was pilling off, she replaced them after I showed her the shape they were in. The next thing I found was the sink in kitchen was leaking water out of the trap really bad and had been doing it for some time, she repaired it and cleaned up the mess in the kitchen sink base.
