Pool was good size and maintained well, would have been nice to have a table and chairs by the pool on top of the lounge chairs. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen for cooking and clean up. The host was very quick to set up and had great communication when we had a small issue with a toilet. The listing mentions the peacocks and it is spot on, at one point we counted 19 of them on the property. They are completely harmless and did not bother us at all. Restaurants on the water are within a 5 minute drive. The pool is huge, and the kids spent time in it every day. They loved it more than the beach! Our favorite part was the peacocks. There are dozens, and even a mama was sitting on some eggs behind the bush next to the kitchen door. The male peacocks danced for us a few times. The house is huge with plenty of room for our extended family (3 immediate families together) to spread out. New appliances, everything looks updated, lots of TVs. We had a couple minor issues when we first arrived, but Chris was extremely fast at fixing them and very kind. My father-in-law loved the place so much that he wants to bring us all back. Nov 26, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Great location/Great Space Spacious home with plenty of room for large family gatherings or multi family get togethers. Easy walk to the beach and short drive to Port Canaveral. Witnessed a night launch while there!! Several restaurants to choose from. Two dining and family room areas offer plenty of space, as well as a spacious living room with large windows. Great retreat for relaxing with a book. Our host was very attentive and responded to questions and requests immediately. Our only disappointment was the lawn spurs throughout the yard making it difficult for our dogs to really enjoy the one acre fenced yard. ##### Nancy K.
