It is always very clean and has everything you need. It is located close to the beach (5 min walk with access at Cherie Down Park) and the neighborhood is great for dog walking. It's an easy drive to Orlando if you are interested in visiting the parks. You can walk out to the beach to see a rocket launch. Alex is always quick with a response to any questions you may have. Once they were dry the sand was gone. I guess it's a common problem just being so close to the beach & sand. Either way it wasn't a big issue for us. I would highly recommend this place. The house is well located in Cape Canaveral with lots to do nearby or within a short drive. The house is great. The beach is about a 5 minute walk to the ramp, so 5-10 minutes total. We were grateful the house had beach gear and a wagon. Will definitely stay again if we return to this area. ##### Christen S. Our granddaughters really liked going to the beach everyday, we enjoyed relaxing on the beach. Lots of things to do. It was really close to Kennedy Space Center, which is an experience to go see. We weren't aware we had booked that the Coco Beach Air Show was on. Alex let know us about the event, never seen an air show beach before! Thanks Alex! ##### William H.
