Welcome to "Daussiè," a charming country house beautifully renovated in 2014, offering a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities. This vacation rental features a main house and an outbuilding, nestled on a spacious 5,000 m2 plot with a lovely garden, trees, and a lush meadow. Enjoy the convenience of a large 12 x 6 m swimming pool with a salt-electrolysis cleaning system, an outdoor shower, and an arbour for relaxing in the shade. Inside, you'll find entertainment options like table tennis and table football, as well as a burglar alarm system for added security. Bicycles are provided for your convenience, and parking is available on the premises. Indulge in the luxury of having a cook upon request for an additional fee. With amenities like Internet Wifi and Parking, "Daussiè" offers a comfortable and secure vacation rental experience in Capannori, Italy.  
  
Outdoors  
Immerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings of the property's expansive 5,000 m2 plot, fully fenced and adorned with a lovely garden, trees, and a lush meadow. Take a refreshing dip in the large 12 x 6 m swimming pool, available seasonally from May 1st to October 2nd, and unwind in the shade of the arbour. Explore the area by cycling on the provided bicycles or take a leisurely stroll through the scenic surroundings.

For your convenience, the property offers a range of amenities and services. Enjoy indoor entertainment with table tennis and table football, and feel secure with the installed burglar alarm system. Should you prefer to take a break from cooking, a cook can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Parking is available on the premises, with a 900 m long motor access via an unmade road. Additionally, there is a living/sleeping room equipped with a comfortable French bed (160 cm) and a heating stove, providing direct access to the gorgeous garden.   
  
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped to cater to all your culinary desires, featuring an oven, dishwasher, four gas burners, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A dining table and heating stove ensure you can enjoy your meals in comfort. Three bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor, each furnished with a French bed (160 cm) and offering access to either the garden or terrace. One of these bedrooms includes a private shower and toilet.

On the upper floor, you'll find a walk-through room with a French bed (160 cm) and a shower/toilet, an interconnecting room with a French bed (160 cm), a room with two beds, and another room with a French bed (160 cm). An additional shower and toilet are conveniently located on the upper level.
