The house consists of: kitchen, living room with fireplace, bathroom with Jacuzzi, three double bedrooms, swimming pool, garden and veranda. In the property's internal courtyard, you can park up to three cars. Lucca is famous for its walls and historic center, 100 churches, historic villas, wine and oil from its hills. The house offers large, cozy and clean rooms where you can spend your holiday with your family and friends. The house has independent heating. In the kitchen at your disposal you will find the dishwasher, the fridge, dishes, glasses, cutlery and crockery, toaster, microwave, kettle, kitchen linen. The bathroom with a large mirror and double sink, with Jacuzzi. Towels are available. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are ready to welcome you. In the house you will find the wi-fi service included, TV, radio, and books for children. The house is located in a quiet and green area from where you can see the mountains of the Tuscan Apennines. Starting from the house you can go walking or mountain biking. The main services are all close to the house: pharmacy (2km), medical offices (2km), shopping center (2km), shops (1km), restaurants (1km), bus station (500mt.), pizzerias (3 km), Mc Donald's (3km) .etc. Just 7 km from the historic center of Lucca, famous for its walls all to visit for its 4.5 km in length that completely surround the old town. Known as the city of 100 churches, rich in history, culture, and music. The cathedral of S. Martino, the churches of S. Michele and S. Frediano, Piazza Anfiteatro, Torre Guinigi or tree-lined tower, Torre delle ore, and the central Via Fillungo are definitely worth a visit. Lucca is the city of Giacomo Puccini, a musician and composer famous for his works, Ungaretti, Tobino and Castracani, Pascoli, etc ... For gourmets and lovers of good food, Lucca is also special in enogastronomy. The typical products to taste are oil, wine, tortelli, spelled and Lucchese soup. To follow the path of oil and wine to discover the lands and farms where the production of these two Lucchesi excellences takes place. Important events for the city are: September Lucchese with the procession of the black Jesus (Volto Santo), the fireworks.(September) Lucca Comics and Games an event for lovers of comics, cartoons, board games and cinema. Jun 20, 2017 #### Sehr schönes und super kinderfreundliches Feriendomizil Die Ferienwohnung überrascht mit einer ausgezeicheten Ausstattung, die ein echtes Gefühl von "Wohnen und Leben in Italien" aufkommen lässt. Für die Kinder ein Paradies - Highlights: Die Veranda, der Hof mit Pool, lauter Spielsachen und die sehr kinderfreundlichen Vermieter, die selber Kinder haben und einfach unglaublich nette Leute sind. Wir hatten miteinander eine tolle Zeit! Die Straße etwas nahe, aber dadurch fährt man nur 15 Minuten nach Lucca und die Bergwelt der Garfagnana liegt gleich nebenan. Geheimtipps für Wanderungen mit Kindern: Der Hausberg Pizzorne, in 20 Minuten per Auto erreichbar und oben 6° kühler als in der Ebene. Monte Mantanna mit einem lauschigen Bio-Refugio, deren Käse und Marmeladen man probiert haben muss. Die Pferde grasen den ganzen Berg rauf. Monte Prato Fiorito mit dem Naturreservat und dem Dörflein San Geminiano. Die "Grotta del vento", eine sehr beeindruckende Tropfsteinhöhle und dem "Monte Croce" bzw. der "Nesa di Uomo Morte" nebendran, beides anspruchsvollere Berge, deren Schönheit man von der Veranda der Ferienwohnung in voller Pracht bewundern kann. Und das alles zu einem sehr moderaten, familienfreundlichen Preis. Wir waren begeistert... ##### Gerrit H.
