Casa Marlia is a holiday home with private pool in Capannori, Marlia area, 7km from Lucca in Tuscany.  
  
It offers room for 8 people in its 3 bedrooms with two bathrooms.  
  
The garden is completely fenced and offers several parking spaces and lots of space to run around and have fun with the children and your pet.  
  
The swimming pool for exclusive use measures 8 x 5.5m and is 1.5m deep with a veranda and a gazebo next to it where you can enjoy food cooked on the barbecue and spend wonderful evenings.  
  
This holiday home near Lucca also offers the possibility to visit many tourist destinations in a short time.  
In addition to Lucca, you can reach Pisa in 30km or even Florence and Siena are less than an hour away.  
The sea and the beaches of Versilia are 35km away, about half an hour by car to spend a day in Viareggio or Forte dei Marmi.
