### Holiday Home in Porto Santa Margherita Beach

Located just 350 meters from the golden sands of Porto Santa Margherita, this charming holiday home on Via Vasco de Gama 22 is a perfect coastal escape for families and friends. The ground floor features a welcoming living area with a single trundle bed, single sofa bed, TV, dining table, and a fully equipped open kitchen with hob, fridge-freezer, and washbasin. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with either a double or two singles, as well as a bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin, and a washing machine. Air conditioning is available on both floors, and a balcony adds an extra touch of outdoor space. The home offers comfort and convenience with a private garden, complete with furniture and a barbecue for open-air meals. Guests can enjoy two shared swimming pools, including a child-friendly section, and access to a tennis court for a small fee. Parking is available on-site, and the pet-friendly policy means the whole family, including four-legged members, can join the fun. Whether relaxing indoors or out in the garden, this home is equipped for a carefree holiday. Set in a peaceful yet lively area, the home is a short stroll from the marina, beach, and local shops. Nearby attractions include the colorful historic center of Caorle with its iconic cylindrical bell tower and charming alleys. Families can enjoy nearby water parks or bike through scenic coastal trails.
