The holiday flat is located in an apartment building constructed in 1980, was renovated in 2019, and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in a residence, in the town centre. The residence is popular also because of the view of the sea from the property and its quiet, sunny location. Available for use are: sunbathing lawn, sun loungers, terrace and garden furniture.  
  
**Location**  
Porto Santa Margherita, 000 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located in a residence, on a enclosed garden plot with meadow and trees, bordered by a hedce. Pedestrian zone in front Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a carport.  
  
**Special**  
Air conditioning. TV reception is via antenna. TV channels only in the local language.  
For your **safety**, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector, smoke detector and fire extinguisher.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to early September, 8 m x 14 m, 2.70 m deep). Paddling pool and children's pool (3 m x 3 m, 1.50 m deep).
