Please keep noise levels down to respect our neighbors. β€’ Age: All guests must be 18+ with the exception of children with their parents. β€’ Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. The bridal party used the natural light in the office area for makeup and hair. We had friends and family come by to hang out on the deck and take in the great view. Our dog made use of the artificial turf area like she was a resident. There were a few issues along the way but the management company responded right away we got things taken care of.
