'Emilia Hideaway' is a modern tiny home, open-concept studio with a loft. On a two-acre fenced lot behind the owners main house. On the NorthEast side of Canyon Lake, it's ideally located less than a mile between the lake and river. In the heart of the hill country yet an hour away from Austin, San Antonio, and Fredericksburg. Around the corner from the dam and spillway with gorgeous views, hiking, tubing, and fishing. There is something for everyone! THE SPACE SLEEPING AREA It is an open-concept studio with a queen-sized bed on the main floor and a queen-sized pull-out couch. The loft has a twin-sized day bed for relaxing on but not intended for sleeping. LIVING ROOM Across from the bed, there is a pull-out couch. A flat-screen tv with a fire tv stick & swivels so you can watch anywhere in the house. This area is the perfect place to unwind or provide additional seating for guests. KITCHEN This open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized appliances. Have a beautiful home cooked meal with your family and friends. BATHROOM This bathroom provides a spacious shower for rejuvenation & a front load washer and dryer for convenience. We supply a hair dryer, extra towels, extra linens, and toiletries. Forgot a toothbrush, razor, face wipes, etc.? Don't worry we have those for you just in case! Porch and Gazebo There is a large, private, covered porch with ample comfortable seating. A great place to bask in the warm sun or relax to the sounds of cricket choirs in the evenings. The Gazebo is located on the front side of the property, a very short distance from Emilia Hideaway. This is a shared space that provides a grill, fireplace, and a larger space to entertain and star gaze at the one-of-a-kind hill country sky. The Grounds This property shares its two acres with other homes creating a space suitable for accommodating larger parties. Should you need additional housing, please send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate. Other homes and the main house are visible from the porch. Pickleball Courts Behind the property, we have 7 Pickleball courts. Discounts are given to guests! We also have an RV park with 9 spots available to rent. PETS We understand that fur babies are family too! We happily welcome four-legged friends (DOGS ONLY). Additional criteria needed: \*$50 Fee. This fee is requested after booking and is used for additional cleaning time required after a pet stays. \*Two labs reside in the main house on the front of the property. The owners have fenced in their front yard to give their fur babies a free roaming space. (If you would like to use the gazebo/grill message us, to give us a heads up.) \*Dogs must be ON LEASH AT ALL TIMES. ( Only exception is if you ask to let your dog free roam in the fenced in front yard.) \*Unattended dogs must be in a crate. \*Please do not leave your dog unattended and tied to the porch. \*Please pick up your dog's waste outside. \*Please do not let dogs on furniture or bed. \*Any pet damages to the property will result in appropriate fees. The house had absolutely everything I needed and became my home away from home over that time. The bed, couch, and even rug were all very comfortable, but I enjoyed the patio chairs best. I spent much of my days enjoying the sunshine on the front porch. The shower was big, the washer/dryer was very convenient, and the fridge kept my food fresh my entire stay! Just a dream house with dream amenities on a beautiful property with friendly and respectful hosts. I will definitely be back and have already recommended the place to many friends! ##### Valerie T. Emilia, the tiny home, from a distance was easy to spot. A Billboard easy to see from the main road led us to the gated drive. The porch lights were lit, and ohh the warmth was a wonderful comfort from the cold! My boys ages 3 and 5, were so excited to roam around the home. We had everything we needed to weather the cold, extra blankets and towels we placed just for us. Everything we needed and things we didn't think of were available. Beautiful property, witnessed a family of deer running thru the snow close by, we made snowmen, had warm dinners, and walked the property with our Dog. Which was safely fenced. The entire property felt very secure. The cleanliness, I honestly couldn't believe we weren't the first ones staying there, as it was spotless. During our stay, we ended up snowed in a few extra days, and our host was easy to communicate with and extended our stay very easily. A big deal\*\* We ended up not having enough water.. I didn't even have a chance to realize this, before our host brought a case of water for myself and my boys, letting me know if I needed more not to hesitate to let them know. \*\* Water right now, during the storm and after is a hard to come by at the moment. It is sold out everywhere! This type of thoughtfulness just was something I don't think you would easily find elsewhere. If I'm ever in need of place to stay while in canyon lake, this will be my first place to check for availabilities and will be the only place I refer to others. Clean, Comfortable, stylishly rustic. High end finishes, and five star service! The storm of the century for Texas was not so bad for my family, thanks to Emilias Hideaway. ##### sarah g. The small back house actually felt fairly spacious due to how it's laid out. We only had two people so did not use the upstairs, but I may be a little scared to use those stairs at night if I had to stay up there. We loved the patio as well, very spacious for dogs as well and the fact that it was all fenced was even better.
