4/3 home. Sleeps 13. Master: King, Sofa Sleeper. 2nd bedroom: King. 3rd bedroom: Queen. 4th bedroom: 3 Twins. Living Room: Sofa Sleeper. No Pets Allowed. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email.

Prepare to be wowed!! With 180° spectacular views of Canyon lake. Stone pathway to the waters edge where you can sit and relax or take a dip. Watch the boats and catch a great sunset!! (Quiet residential area, quiet hours are enforced.)

Walk into the foyer and you immediately see the lake, let the stress melt away! The living room has lots of windows allowing the natural light to fill the space with gorgeous lake views. The living room boasts a leather sofa and 2 oversize leather chairs, a great place to relax after a fun filled day on the lake. There are 2 sliding glass doors taking you out to the huge covered deck with ample seating to take in the scenery! The large dining table seats 8 and there is a large island in the fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home including a washer and dryer. Off the dining area is the media room with a leather sofa and a leather love seat with console, 70” Flat Screen TV and lake views.

To the left of the foyer there is an open space with queen size sofa sleeper and Flat screen TV with a sliding glass door that leads out to the back-porch area. This space sleeps 2 guests and does have a view of the lake. There is a full bath to the right of the front door. The first bedroom on the left is large and has a king size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and lake views with a sliding glass door leading out to the porch. The 3rd bedroom has a twin bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. The 2nd bathroom is located by the 3 guests’ rooms. The spacious master bedroom at the end of the hall has a king size bed, a full size sofa sleeper with an en suite full bath. Claw foot tub and a large walk in shower, sliding glass door onto the porch and great views of the lake. This property has a Propane grill. There is a fire pit (no fire wood provided). The water access is shared with the Core of Engineers.

***Ease of entry into the lake varies based on the individual and the water level.*** Stairway to lake is shared with neighbors as is the firepit and bench waterside. Please note that Canyon Lake’s water levels fluctuate due to drought and other environmental factors, which may impact water access.

Great for family get-together, no parties allowed, quiet residential neighborhood with quiet hours between 10 PM and 9 am. Space to park 5 vehicles. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of some homes are monitored by video camera.

With boat ramp 7 just down the street, it's easy to get the jet skis and boat out on the water for an afternoon of fun and relaxation with your family and friends. After your day on the water come home to spend the evening entertaining on the spacious decks. Take your morning coffee on the deck and watch the neighborhood wildlife- deer, birds, and foxes, visiting the feeders or looking for handouts. Sleeps 13. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. NO PARTIES NO SMOKING NO PETS. This home has a maximum occupancy of 13 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

Canyon Lake

A very good option for vacation, the house has an amazing view to the lake, the only thing is that in the grill area does not have light, so you cannot make a bbq night there. Also, it has a lot of cobwebs in the outside roof.

The home was very welcoming and had all the amenities need for a fun and amazing weekend. We all had our private areas when it was time to rest and space open loving areas both outside and inside for tons of laugh's! I would definitely recommend this area if you’re looking to an amazing view both in the morning and in the evenings.

Nice lake house

This was a good property right on Canyon Lake. The best parts were the beautiful view and massive deck. Downsides included check-in/communication (property manager required a picture of ID and credit card that could be sent only by text) and minimal stocking of items (2 Rolle of TP per bathroom, 2 paper towels, 2 trash bags, no dish soap, no salt/pepper). I'd be happy to pay a small amount more, but don't want to have to worry about these items and purchase them in bulk.

Lake levels were very low when we went, so lake did not come up to the backyard like in the photos. House was pretty and well furnished. Close to a lot of cool spots. Check-in process was very simple. Property manager was easy to get ahold of. Overall, a great place.

Great house

The house was big and beautiful and there’s plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Great deck with gorgeous views. Not easy to get down to the water and actually getting into the water was not easy either. But overall it’s a beautiful home with plenty of space for large families.

The house was amazing! It was very spacious for my family to enjoy our weekend vacation, had a large parking area to fit our jet ski's and boat, very peaceful with deer actually walking up to you and it had the best lake views I have ever seen.

Wonderful location

The location of the house was wonderful, the lake view was so relaxing, the cold did not stop us from utilizing the large balcony. The house was stocked with all the necessary kitchen utensils needed, as well as being very spacious. Our group had plenty of space. The only con I have is the patio was filled with spiderwebs, I thought before each guest arrived, there was a walk through by property management, the fireplace was also dirty, and both propane tanks were empty so we could not use the grill. The house smelled like it was locked up for a while, a good airing out was needed. Other than that the beds were comfy, the decor was great. I would definitely recommend this property and use again, with a few fixes, this location is perfect.

Great family gathering.

We celebrated our 25thwedding anniversary with our adult children and granddaughter. The view was beautiful! Plenty of room to relax and the football fans were happy to have the media room to watch the game. We are a family that likes to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed!!! The only thing we ran out of was dish soap and trash bags. The path down to the lake needs a little trimming but an easy fix. Once we got down to the lake there were old left over beer cans by the fire pit and water. Overall it was a fantastic getaway and I would book this house again.

Outstanding home. Setup very well. Excellent view of the lake from the deck, worth the rental by itself. Great access to the water, if getting in the lake is something you enjoy. Would definitely rent this property again.

Fabulous view and great house setup!

We had a great visit! House is setup wonderfully with a bedroom side and kitchen/living side where early risers don’t wake the night owls. Beautiful views and a great spot on the lake to jump in and swim even with little kids without fear of kids taken away by current or run over by boats (all kids wore life jackets). Check in was easy with contactless checkin and company was very quick with communications.

Great place for a family gathering

No complaints. Everything was wonderful. Highly recommended. Both of the sliding glass doors (but especially one) were VERY HARD to slide and even the adults had difficulty. Children could not do it themselves.

The property itself was nice. However, there were a number of issues. The first was the check-in process with New Braunfels Escapes. We were required to check in at their office in New Braunfels, over a half hour away from the property, before proceeding to the property itself. I have booked through Homeaway many times and this is the first time that I could not proceed directly to the property. Next, within a few hours of arriving the AC unit that cools the sleeping spaces froze up and required servicing. Since the technicians were unable to come until around 10:00 PM, this meant that the sleeping spaces were uncomfortably warm during our first night. In overhearing the technicians speaking about the problem, the issue with the particular AC unit is a known and recurring problem. This is unacceptable in Central Texas in May, with daytime temperatures exceeding 90 degrees. Additionally, kitchen pans and utensils were not up-to-par, and the outdoor grill was in very poor condition, with the gas side being completely unusable. Overall, we were disappointed with our recent stay at Canyon Lake.
