This 3 BR, 2 BA fully remodeled home sits on 1 acre & backs up to horse property with a deck and swing to view them, as well as a screened in porch. Located 3 mins from the I-10, 9 mins to NFCU, 20 minutes from Downtown Pensacola, and 30 minutes from Pensacola Beach, in a quiet, established neighborhood. 3 major hospitals within 20 minutes. High Speed internet. Ideal for traveling nurses or Navy Federal executives to live comfortably while in the Pensacola area. The space Large main living area with power recliner sofa, 70 inch TV, dining table for 6, additional barstools for seating and a cozy fireplace. The house is beautiful, comfortable, well stocked, maintained and centrally located to everyone, stores, several restaurants and the airport.
