Welcome to the beautiful village of Sturry! This exceptionally modern home is located in a peaceful residential suburb with private parking, beautiful lanes for evening strolls, and great parks. Near the upscale areas of Whitstable, Herne Bay and just outside of central Canterbury, guests have easy access to restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, and trains into London. Explore area museums, natural attractions, castles, boutique stores, cafes, pubs and more all nearby!   
  
This bright & spacious home features 3 bedrooms, each with high quality linens and comfortable pillows. There are 2.5 sparkling clean bathrooms with a glass shower, sink, toilet, and large vanity mirror. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, and all of the basic cooking amenities needed to whip up your favourite meals! Natural light from large windows and stylish decor in the living room provide the perfect place to unwind and relax. Free wifi, an HD TV, comfortable couch, and dining area are all featured in the home! Enjoy sunny days in the private grassy backyard with small table and chairs for mingling with others. Upon arrival, guests will be provided with a code for entry via lockbox to access the home. Check-in is available 15:00 - 22:00, and check-out is before 11:00am. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible pending the availability of the space. If approved, an additional fee will apply. The space is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. The surrounding neighbourhood is a residential community and guests are encouraged to explore. There will be a guest house manual upon arrival with local area recommendations including a home guide, places to see, restaurants and grocery stores. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about the area!  
  
I will be accessible for guests via phone, text or the rental application. I am an area local and happy to provide you with any information about the area!  
  
This peaceful home is located in the residential area of Sturry. Please respect the neighbours and monitor your noise levels at all times. Quiet hours are in place from 11:00pm - 8:00am.   
  
Pets may be allowed upon request. No smoking, no parties and no unauthorized guests allowed. Upon arrival, please remove your shoes at the entrance to help us keep the space sparkling clean. Please keep food in the kitchen and dining areas. Only water is allowed in the bedrooms, do not bring food or drink into the bedrooms. The home has been thoughtfully designed, please do not rearrange the furniture.   
  
Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to AirBNB.
