### Gorgeous Victorian - Spacious, Elegant and Close to Restaurants and Train

This home is remarkable from the second you pull into the driveway. Beautiful brick and wood exterior adorn this turn of the century renovated Victorian beauty built by LL Harding. Walk up to the house and feel the warmth of the circular wrap around front porch.   
  
Enter through the front door and you will be greeted by breathtaking wood staircase, wood floors, and stained glass windows. Step through the beautiful solid wood pocket doors into a fully remodeled and elegant kitchen. Lots of storage space and a nice pantry. There are two living areas on the main floor a bathroom and a huge laundry and mud room. The home has 3 wood fireplaces that provide additional elegance and class as they are all unique with tile inlays.   
  
The 2nd floor with bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms boasts hard wood floors in all bedrooms except master which is carpeted. Huge lot, gardeners shed, 2 story garage with a fully finished 27x24 art studio on the second level. Enclosed porch sitting area off of garage and an open BBQ and sitting area in front of the gardeners shed. So much beauty and history.
