A guest WC is also available on this floor. On the first floor, you’ll find three bedrooms: \- A master suite with a king size bed (180x200cm), TV, en-suite shower room, and ample storage. \- A bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200cm). \- A bedroom with two single beds. This floor also includes a large bathroom with a double sink. On the lower level, additional living spaces: \- A bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200cm). \- A game room with TV, perfect for entertaining all ages. \- An extra shower room. \- A laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. OUTDOORS AND GARDEN Surrounding the villa is a garden filled with Mediterranean plants like pines, olive trees, and palms, along with a pool to cool off on hot summer days. An outdoor lounge and large dining table, complete with a gas barbecue, make it easy to enjoy Cannes' sunny climate in a vacation-like atmosphere, no matter the purpose of your stay.
