THE APARTMENT This apartment, optimized for seasonal rental, features the following: \- A beautiful air-conditioned living room, with a dining space for 4 people and a fully equipped open-floor kitchen, with direct access to the garden, and a lounge area with sofa and smart TV. \- 2 bedrooms, each on opposite sides of the apartment, with their private shower room, and including a smart TV, a dressing area and a queen size bed. \- A 60m² garden furnished with a dining table and patio furniture (Note: the street has relatively little traffic but the garden still overlooks it. Even with the privacy screens, you will still hear everything including cars passing by during the day. The street is however very quiet during the night). \- Separate toilets. The convenience of a modern apartment with the added benefit of an outdoor private garden, ideal for al fresco meals in the shade.
